What will it cost?*
Cost for New Zealand citizen/resident
Free abortion services to any pregnant person eligible for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand and who is a resident of Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland, Counties Manukau and Waitematā districts. There may be prescription fees and costs for ultrasound.
Cost for non-New Zealand resident
- Early medical abortion from NZ$1,454.75 plus approximately $250 for ultrasound, $100 for interpreter, $100 for counsellor.
- Early surgical abortion from NZ$1,454.75 plus approximately $250 for ultrasound, $100 for interpreter, $100 for counsellor.

Accessibility
The clinic is located in the Greenlane Clinical Centre, Building 7, Level 5.
Access to the clinic is through the main entrance to the Greenlane Clinical Centre. Come down the main corridor, past the first set of lifts and keep going until you get to a second coffee shop. As you get to the shop, turn left into a small corridor. Take the lift to level 5.
There is full wheelchair access. You can get to the clinic by using the lift or taking the stairs. There is no braille on the lift buttons.
There is a wheelchair accessible toilet.
If you have accessibility needs, please let the clinic know ahead of your appointment.
Parking, including mobility parking, is outside the main entrance to the building.
The nearest public transport stop is outside the main entrance to the building or on Greenlane West Road.
Assistance or funding for transport to the service is available if required.

Translation services are available. Please let the clinic know that you will need translation support.

- A Depo Provera injection can be given at the same time as the first medication if you're having an early medical abortion.
- An implant can be inserted at the same time as the first medication if you're having an early medical abortion.
